Attendees are advised to arrive in New Delhi on 15 October 2026 (afternoon/evening). The evening of 15 October will feature the official Icebreaker Dinner. 16 & 17 October: Full-day AMG sessions, workshops, activities, and networking events 17 October Evening: Special Gala Dinner 18 October: Optional Delhi tours and local experiences Participants attending only the main AMG event may plan their departure on 18 October 2026 (afternoon/evening).

Participants joining the complete experience are advised to arrive by 12 October 2026 (afternoon/evening) to participate in the scheduled pre-event tours beginning shortly thereafter. For attendees joining the full programme including post-event tours, return flights may be planned for 23 October 2026.

Yes. Special AMG accommodation rates will be available approximately from 14–19 October 2026 (including one additional day on either side of the main event dates). Accommodation outside these dates may still be available at the hotel; however, standard hotel rates may apply and are subject to availability.
