Yes. Pre-event, post-event, and local Delhi tours will be available. Delhi local curated tours are also available on 18th Oct.

Attendees are advised to arrive in New Delhi on 15 October 2026 (morning/afternoon). The evening of 15 October will feature the official start of the event along with an Icebreaker Dinner. 16 & 17 October: Full-day AMG sessions, workshops, activities, and networking events 17 October Evening: Special Gala Dinner 18 October: Optional Delhi tours and local experiences Participants attending only the main AMG event may plan their departure on 18 October 2026 (afternoon/evening).

Participants joining the complete experience are advised to arrive by 12 October 2026 (afternoon/evening) to participate in the scheduled pre-event tours beginning shortly thereafter. For attendees joining the full programme including post-event tours, return flights may be planned for 23 October 2026.

Yes. Special AMG accommodation rates will be available approximately from 14–19 October 2026 (including one additional day on either side of the main event dates). Accommodation outside these dates may still be available at the hotel; however, standard hotel rates may apply and are subject to availability. Yes. Participants may swap tours until 31 August 2026, subject to availability. Accommodation date changes cannot be requested once booked.

Yes. Accommodation arrangements for pre-tours and post-tours, where applicable, are separate from the main AMG 2026 hotel booking. The inclusions for each tour package will be clearly specified in the respective tour description. Participants should review the details of their selected tour to understand what accommodation is included.

No. Accommodation is not included in the AMG 2026 registration fee and must be booked separately. Attendees may choose to: Book accommodation at the official AMG 2026 venue hotel, Pullman New Delhi Aerocity, at specially negotiated event rates (subject to availability), or Stay at any other hotel or accommodation of their choice. Accommodation bookings, room upgrades, and extended stays are separate from event registration and may incur additional charges.

Yes. Children may stay in the same room as their parent(s) or guardian(s), subject to the hotel's occupancy rules and policies.
