Who can participate in AMG 2026 events and tours?
Mensa members worldwide, along with their spouses/partners and family members, are welcome. Non-members may attend only if accompanied by a Mensa member or as invited guests.
How do I register for AMG 2026?
Registration will be available online at https://www.amgindia2026.com/. (Currently only the Pre-registration for early bird discounts has started to ascertain interest of mensans for various events. Actual registrations will open shortly.)
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners, Rupay), UPI, major Indian wallets, PayPal, and bank transfers. International participants may use PayPal or credit card.
I can’t complete my payment / I’m getting an error.

HOTEL & ACCOMMODATION
I can’t complete my payment with a credit card / I’m getting an error.
Please try the following two solutions. If the issue persists, contact us via the “Contact Us” form on the website. 1. Address field too long If any part of the address (e.g. building name) is too long, try shortening it by using abbreviations or omitting some details. 2. 3D Secure credit card authentication issue Try using a different credit card.
I can’t log in with the email I used to register for Early Bird.
You need to create a new account on the booking website.
Is there a recommended hotel for AMG 2026 participants?
The main venue is the Pullman Hotel, Aerocity, New Delhi which is a five star property. We have negotiated special rates for AMG participants at Pullman hotel. Booking details are provided after registration.
What if I want to stay elsewhere?
You are free to book accommodation independently. There are many hotels near IGI Airport/Aerocity at various price points for convenience.
Are meals included in my stay/registration?
The AMG event registration includes lunches during the main event, and the gala dinner. Hotels may provide meals if you book directly with them. Vegetarian and vegan options are available; please mention dietary needs at registration.
Can I request a specific room type or upgrade?
Room charges are based on twin-sharing. Room preference (Single, Suite) can be mentioned while registering. The rates for the same will be different and to be paid additionally. We recommend early booking for the best options.
TRANSPORTATION
How do I get from the airport to the hotel/venue?
Pullman Hotel is less than 10 minutes by taxi from IGI Airport Terminal 3. The Aerocity Metro Station is ~1km away, and prepaid taxis/Uber/Ola are readily available at the hotel.
Will there be a shuttle bus between the hotel and event/tours?
Shuttle buses will be arranged for official tours and for transport between the hotel and special event venues (if any).
TOURS & CULTURAL EVENTS
Who organizes the pre/post tours?
All official tours are managed by the AMG 2026 organizing team in partnership with trusted travel providers, ensuring quality, safety, and Mensa group pricing.
Can I customize my own tour or add extra sightseeing?
Yes. While we recommend official tours for convenience and camaraderie, you may arrange your own travel. The hospitality team can advise you on logistics, guides, and must-visit places.
What’s included in the official tours?
Tours generally include transportation, guide, entrance fees, and select meals. Detailed itineraries are provided for each tour; please review these when choosing your options.
Are non-shared rooms available on tours?
We strive to accommodate preferences. Some locations (e.g., luxury resorts, heritage havelis) may offer both shared and private rooms. Please check specific tour descriptions and request early. The rates for these preferences may be higher.
DIETARY & SPECIAL NEEDS
Do you offer vegetarian/non-vegetarian/Gluten-free/allergy-friendly meals?
Yes. India has extensive vegetarian, non-vegetarian options. Vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly meals will be provided as much as possible - let us know your needs during registration.
CANCELLATION & CHANGES
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellations will be allowed with some cancellation charges for various deadline. The cancellation details will be available once the registration starts.
Is registration transfer allowed?
Early Bird registration transfer to another Mensa member are not allowed. A detailed policy for the same will be shared once registration starts.
Can I cancel some nights of the hotel or tours only?
Hotel bookings made through AMG must follow the partner hotel’s policy; changes to the number of nights are subject to their terms. For tours, changes depend on provider notice periods and availability. For detailed query send your email to mensa@amgindia2026.com
Can I change my selected tour or ticket type after registering?
You can modify your selections until the published modification deadline (typically 6-8 weeks before the event), subject to availability.
ONSITE & PROGRAM QUESTIONS
Will there be information/help desks at the venue?
Yes, a hospitality/check-in desk will be available throughout the event to help with queries, logistics, emergencies, and more.
What language will sessions be held in?
All official sessions and communications will be in English. Guides and select volunteers may speak Hindi and other international languages.
Is there anything for Young Mensas or children?
Children are welcome if registered. Mensa India has many young mensans and we are planning to have dedicated children (
What is the dress code?
Smart casual for most sessions and tours. Details will be shared subsequently.

Delhi weather in October is pleasant with temperature varying from 15 – 30 degrees Celsius.

How do I receive updates about AMG 2026?
Register on the official website to receive email updates, or follow our social media channels. Registered attendees will be invited to a WhatsApp group for real-time updates during the event.
Will I need a visa for India?
Most international participants require an Indian Tourist e-Visa, which can be obtained online. Invitation letters are available upon request after registration for visa purposes.
What should I do if I require a special invitation letter or other travel documentation?
Upon registration, indicate your need in the comments or contact the help desk by email. We will provide a formal invitation for visa and travel needs.
