Terms & Conditions for AMG 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Asia-Pacific Mensa Gathering (AMG) 2026.
By registering for AMG 2026, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Definitions
“AMG 2026”, “AMG”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Asia-Pacific Mensa Gathering 2026 Organising Committee.
“You” and “participant” refer to any individual registering for or attending AMG 2026.
Registration & Participation
All registrations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and up to date.
The organising committee reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations where necessary for operational, safety, or policy reasons.
Payments
Full payment must be completed to confirm registration.
Prices, offers, and early bird discounts are subject to change without prior notice.
Certain activities, tours, merchandise, or accommodation bookings may require separate payment.
No Refund Policy
All registrations and purchases made for AMG 2026, including event passes, merchandise, tours, and associated bookings, are non-refundable under any circumstances, except where the event itself is officially cancelled by the organisers.
Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to:

Modify schedules, speakers, venues, sessions, or activities

Cancel or reschedule parts of the programme

Make operational or security-related adjustments when necessary
Where an activity organised directly by AMG 2026 is cancelled, applicable fees for that activity may be refunded.
The organisers are not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants, including travel or accommodation expenses.
Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to:

Behave respectfully toward attendees, organisers, venue staff, and speakers

Comply with venue rules and local laws

Avoid discriminatory, abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour
The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct negatively impacts the event or attendee safety. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Minors
Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Health & Safety
Participants attend AMG 2026 at their own risk.
Attendees are responsible for:

Their health and travel arrangements

Appropriate insurance coverage
The organisers are not liable for:

Loss, theft, or damage of personal property

Injuries, accidents, delays, or disruptions beyond reasonable control
Photography & Media Consent
By attending AMG 2026, participants acknowledge that photography, audio recording, and videography may occur during the event.
Such media may be used for:

Official Mensa publications

Websites and social media

Future event marketing
Intellectual Property
All AMG 2026 branding, content, materials, recordings, presentations, and media are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use official content without prior written permission.
Website Usage
Users of the AMG 2026 website agree not to:

Misuse registration systems or payment systems

The organisers may suspend or terminate access for misuse or policy violations.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
